What would make this an interesting, useful, and sacred space for your spiritual journey? Well, that is the experiment we are embarking on with these words.
In our imagination, this space will become an integral part of our Christian conversation and transformation. We’ll begin by sharing the simple thoughts and reflections of a few authors and pray that, soon, a variety of voices will spontaneously emerge.
Naturally, because this is intended to be for the community of God, it serves us to lay out a few simple boundaries and guidelines.
CONTENT
Above all, content must pass the test, “Does this strengthen my faith and lead me to Christ?”
TEACHING
Except for that which is offered by ordained clergy, or the exceptionally qualified, do not expect to see Bible teaching here. When you see information having to do with Bible interpretation or meaning, you can trust it will come from an ordained or credentialed source.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
The majority of our content will be based on personal experience or reflection. Much like the spiritual conversations you have with your brothers and sisters, or topics that come up in your small groups, this content will be personal, anecdotal, or exploratory. This won’t be a group of your peers explaining Catholic doctrine to one another.
